Feeling: thrilled.

First of all, congratulations to Dr Sheikh Muszaphar for creating history in becoming the first Malaysian in space! Woohoo!

He's kinda cute. hehe.

So the Hari Raya break has started. I haven't been doing anything productive. Here's my daily routine for this week; wake up around noon, shower, have lunch, do the laundry, watch DVDs or surf the net, have lots of junk food, shower, have dinner, watch TV and chat on MSN, go to bed at 3ish in the morning. Yup, that's about it. Sad, you think? No, I absolutely love it. This is the life. But seriously, I needed the rest.

Yesterday, I went to KLCC for a group meeting for the Advertising assignment. I swear I couldn't hear my alarm but anyway, I woke up late. I quickly got ready and I managed to catch the bus. Just in time, I thought. But nooooooo, the darn driver had to stop for centuries at every stop and we were stuck in traffic for God-knows-how-long. I felt kinda bad for being late but luckily, my friends were nice enough not to mind. Anyway, it's strange to have a meeting in a mall but yeah, we planned to watch Hairspray (finally!) after that. After lunch, Tsoon Kit, Ray and Kah Meng left while Mel, Eman and I went to watch the movie. Hairspray was awesome. Throughout the entire movie, I was trying not to move around too much 'cos the movie made me wanna dance so badly! I think John Travolta rocks everybody's balls off (sorry for the choice of words). He was great in the movie and absolutely adorable. Did I mention that he was one of my first celebrity crushes? I think I was 6. Or younger. Yes, I knowwww.

The Perfect Stranger was unpredictable. Harry Potter and The Order of The Phoenix was disappointing. Vacancy could have been better. There you go. My reviews. haha. I need to ask my brother to buy more DVDs.
While I was channel-surfing a couple of hours ago, I stumbled across Telematch. OMFG. Telematch is a German TV show from the 70's and 80's. For each game, the contestants would be in weird costumes, making it harder for them to finish their tasks. When I was a kid, I watched this show all the time. It was usually shown during public holidays and that was many years ago. It's such a delight that it's being shown again. Awhile ago, I was laughing so hard that I was in tears. Sadly though, the show was dubbed into Malay. No, it's not because of the language. The one I watched back then was in English but this time around it's being shown on a kids Malay channel (I don't know how to put it but you get my point) so, yeah. The thing is the narrator kind of ruined the show 'cos he was making up stupid jokes that weren't even funny or related to the TV show.
Dinnertime! Till then...
xoxo
